Visa Requirements
- A Passport, valid for at least 6 (six) months and containing at least 4 (four) blank visa pages. Please note that the amendment pages are not intended for visas;
- Visa Application filled-out online.Please fill it out, print the receipt, sign it and attach the photo mentioned above in the appropriate box
- Letter of invitation from the company in Brazil, describing the activities the foreign professional is expected to carry out in Brazil. The Embassy can only process applications once the proper authorization has been received from Brazil.
- An authorisation from the Brazilian Ministry of External Relations - obtained by the employer in Brazil upon presentation of the work contract approved by the Brazilian Ministry of Labor
- Proof that the Brazilian company is duly registered in the “Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica”, showing a CNPJ registration number in good standing
- Copy of the applicant's birth certificate;

Once you purchase your visa online you, will be prompted to download your visa application forms and check list. This will contain all the information you need, with detailed instructions. Once you have completed this information, please forward all corresponding information back to us at the CLS office, and we will take care of everything else.
