All embassy visa fees that Capital Link Services pay on your behalf incur a $6 money order purchase fee, and 2.5% credit card processing fee.
You must send your physical passport- copies cannot be used for visa issuance. Your passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date you plan to depart the country you intend to work and at least 2 adjacent blank pages.
Foreign passport holders (i.e. not Australian or N.Z.) must submit an immigration residency permit showing at least two years of residency.
You must provide passport photographs that meet Passport Photograph Regulations. Recently taken, showing current appearance with a white background. Please ensure that there is no damage to these photos. Please do not staple or glue the photos to the application form.
Transit Visa Requirements
Visa application form, dully filled in and signed by applicant.
Two (2) passport photographs, signed at the back.
Passport valid for at least six months
Photocopy of return or continuation ticket or letter from travel agency verifying booking made for the whole trip (mainly departure from Australia, arrival and departure from Venezuela) within 72 hours.
Note: Allow one to remain in Venezuela for up to 72 hours. Valid for one (1) entry only
Tourist Visa Requirements
Australian passport holders do not need a visa, if they stay in the country for less than three (3) months and one (1) entry per year. In this case a Tourist Card will be given at airport.
Note: Allows multiple entries for one year from the date of issue. The immigration Officials in Venezuela will set up the staying period. This visa does not allow the holder to engage in paid work.
the requirements are all the same as those for the transit visa but additionally includ:
A copy of travel insurance certificate, or a letter from the bank where applicant has an account, giving reference of applicant's reliability, or a letter from employer giving reference of applicant concerning length of employment, position held, length of proposed absence.
In the case of children traveling without both parents, a letter of consent from both parents, and signed by a Justice of Peace, Solicitor, Public Notary or Commissioner of Declarations, must be presented with application.
If applicant is a dependent, the letters described above, must be regarding the person applicant depends on.

The process should take up to five (5) working days given that all the requirments and conditions are met. Once all applicable required forms and documentation has been fully completed and signed were applicable (as per above) and your passport is supplied, please send to our office in Canberra and we will begin the visa processing stage in association with the embassy. Please also ensure that once you have completed all applicable forms and supplied your passport that you also fully complete and sign the CLS Service Order
