Visa Requirements 

• A Passport, valid for at least 6 (six) months 
• 2 photo (2 inch x 2 inch).
• 1 fully completed application form online, printed off signed and dated where applicable.
• Check list printed off signed and dated where applicable.
• A travel itinerary showing dates of travel in and out of the country.
• Applicable visa fee amount, see below for current visa prices and acceptable forms of payment.

Once you purchase your visa online you, will be prompted to download your visa application forms and check list. This will contain all the information you need, with detailed instructions. Once you have completed this information, please forward all corresponding information back to us at the CLS office, and we will take care of everything else.
