Please note: Apply for the visa only 1 to 2 months before your planned date to enter China.

Visa Requirements

• Applicants passport with minimum validity of 6 months.
• One (1) completed Visa Application Form with a passport photograph attached. (Chinese names must be stated where applicable on column 1 U.S. citizens are required to provide two forms). Fill in every column of the form, stating "N/A" where not applicable.
• One passport sized photographs that meet Passport Photograph Regulations: recently taken, showing current appearance with a white background. Please ensure that there is no damage to these photos.
• Business letters

• Once you purchase your visa online you, will be prompted to download your visa application forms and check list. This will contain all the information you need, with detailed instructions. Once you have completed this information, please forward all corresponding information back to us at the CLS office, and we will take care of everything else.
