Such documents include power of attorney, company registration, contractual agreements, marriage and birth certificates, deed of assignment, appointment of agent, trade mark and patent registration and agreement, Certificate of Analysis, Statutory Declarations, Certificate of Registration, Agency agreement, etc. (Please note that educational certificates will be certified through the Office of the Cultural Attache).
All non-export document originals need to be authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, or copies of documents must first be certified true and correct by a Notary Public. Additionally, documents that are commercial in nature should also be endorsed by a recognised representative of a Chamber of Commerce​
